With a love of everything wood, Pallet Boards was founded in 2019 by entrepreneur, Ian Hulbert located on the outskirts of the New Forest near Ringwood, Hampshire. Ian has been in the pallet industry for many years and discovered the use of pallet boards for sustainable interior and exterior cladding. Ian and his team now have dozens of unique finishes available to suit every business including handmade products from display crates and stands to planters. Every pallet has origins from around the world, sadly many of these reach their final destination locally
Every single pallet is carefully sourced by our own team from local businesses within a 10 mile radius of our workshops ensuring our carbon footprint is kept to a minimum
We rescue and give a new lease of life to 1000's of wood pallets every week
We have heavily invested in our own custom built pallet dismantling machines designed and built in the UK. The pallets are sorted and processed through the machines with capabilities of dismantling a pallet in less than 40 seconds
The Pallet Boards are then sorted into size and square meters
The finishes are then applied from sanding and painting to fireproofing. There are dozens of finishes available to suit every business requirements, we can even apply custom finishes including specific RAL brand colours
